Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we focus on helping you reconnect with yourself and heal from the past. Our struggles in relationships—whether with ourselves or others—often stem from past experiences that disconnect us from our true selves. When we don’t have a healthy relationship with ourselves, it becomes much harder to create healthy relationships with others. That’s why, in therapy, we work on rebuilding that connection within you first. In a safe and supportive space, we’ll explore how your past has shaped you and begin to release old patterns that no longer serve you. I believe that healing begins with your relationship with yourself. Through this process, you’ll gain more self-awareness, self-compassion, and the ability to create deeper, more fulfilling relationships.
